Senior Cycle

There are a number of options available to students entering senior cycle in Crana College. Students at the end of the junior cycle may choose to do Transition Year, the Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme, the traditional Leaving Certificate or Leaving Certificate Applied. A subject choice information evening for parents, takes place in February/March time of third year, where all subject and programme options are presented to parents of third year students. Parents are encouraged to discuss these options with their child, before making an informed decision relating to senior cycle. The Career Guidance Department are available to meet with parents and students, and to offer advice relating to third level.

The Subject Choice Information Evening takes place in the school, on Monday 2nd March 2020 at 7pm. All parents/guardians of current third year students are invited to attend to find out about the various options that we offer at senior cycle.
